我常常在梦里神游我成为了一名校长，处理着各种学校事务，为学生们忙活着。在现实生活中，我也幻想：假如我是校长……
假如我是校长，我上任的第一件事就是为我校的学生们量身设计、定做一款合身的、更能体现学生们青春朝气、精神面貌的校服。我要让他们换下那些他们并不喜欢，而且不合身，让人们看起来毫无朝气的校服。相信我的学生们穿上我为他们设计的校服后，个个都会充满智慧，开开心心地去面对每一天，迎接一个个新的挑战。
假如我是校长，我会不断地充实自己，不断学习，使自己的学识渊博，为学生们起到良好的带头作用，使我的学校有一个良好的学习氛围，大家都可以投入到其中来，成绩就不再是学生们发愁的问题了。
假如我是校长，我会全心全意地工作，去关心每一位老师，关心每一位同学的喜怒哀乐。在学校管理过程中，鼓励先进，鞭策后进，不放弃一个学生。还要定期召开教师会和学生会，并让老师们和学生们自由发言，倾听他们的心声，采纳他们合理化的建议。在教育教学中，注意发现和发展学生们的兴趣特长，建立多个兴趣小组，让每个同学都贴有成功的标签，能昂起头走向成功的彼岸。
